- DBS package can use for the complete & HDB, refi & new purchase
- BOC Package for new purchase and refinancing, don’t have BUC Package, don’t do HDB
- MBB packages for new purchase, refi, of HDB and private residence. FYI Complete packages also can use for HDB Packages. Cash rebate 0.4% for loan amount same for all type of property.
- SCB Package can apply to HDB & EC
- SCB MortgageOneA Feature only applies to private completed properties on SIBOR & FDR. Now already increase. Refer to November latest packages.
- SCB BUC Package is for minimum amount $400K
- SCB PL will open promo rate 3.88% for their PL only once a month, and the timing not sure. So for certainty, check with Sugi before you hand if you are to sell this package. No more 2.88% rate for PL. At this moment 4.98% is the lowest anyone can get. But, if you sell this rate you need to charge customer, because we didn’t get any refer fee.
- MBB BUC Package have 2 options SIBOR & FDR
- UOB only pay legal 0.4% from outstanding HL amount, TL/EL amount not cover by UOB
- OCBC release new rate OCBC Home Rate (OHR). It’s also board rate but it’s derive from 12 years average of 1M & 3M SIBOR. The good side if OHR increase, the cx can change to another OHR packages.
- OCBC for complete property release no lock-in package again, so you can offer to customer if they want to sell the property.
- MBB Package also have SIBOR package, but hide in packages. You can check and maybe have customers you want to offer so you can shows it in your email.
- UOB Release 4 New Fixed package (with FDR &SIBOR) & 2 Variable Packages with different RP factor. Please check RP factor before you sell it, because affect to your commissions you earned. Don’t shows it in your email, just FYI only.
- UOB BUC packages STC RP factor only 0.66, so can consider again if want to sell this package.
- MBB cash rebate will disbursed 1 month after completion
- OCBC cash rebate will disbursed 2-3 months after sign LO
- DBS cash rebate will disbursed 2-3 weeks after sign LO
