Request for a letter to householder regarding cutting back hedge to reveal the “not suitable for HGV” sign at junction of Gelston Road and Grantham Road.
- Footpaths - Public Footpath 7 – response by Footpath Officer.
Public Footpath 8 –can this be opened up?
Footpaths in Brandon – Cllr Kingscott.
- Highways and Roadside Verges Self Help Scheme – resolution as to submitting an “Expression of Interest”.
- Gelston to Loveden Hill Field – problem with running water – Cllr Morgan.
- Defibrillators – VETS update and resolution to support financially from October 2018.
- Communications – village Facebook page update (Cllr Rhymer). Onside update (Cllr Kingscott).
- Resolution to adopt the Equality & Diversity Policy (draft attached). Resolution to adopt the amendment to the Planning Policy. (Cllr Kingscott).
- Financial matters:
