  1. Highways and Roadside Verges Self Help Scheme – resolution as to submitting an “Expression of Interest”.
  1. Gelston to Loveden Hill Field – problem with running water – Cllr Morgan.
  1. Defibrillators – VETS update and resolution to support financially from October 2018.
  1. Communications – village Facebook page update (Cllr Rhymer). Onside update (Cllr Kingscott).
  1. Resolution to adopt the Equality & Diversity Policy (draft attached). Resolution to adopt the amendment to the Planning Policy. (Cllr Kingscott).
