Presenting the “Lowe Bros. Master Butchers” PJ Logan 2017
Island Wheelers are proud to be hosting the 2017 Lowe Bros. Master Butchers PJ Logan on our famous figure of 8 circuit. 2017 will see Island Wheelers host a full programme of Youth Racing with the highlight being our Under 16 Race which is being used as a Cycling Ireland Olympic selection event.
Our A4 Race is also being run in the morning to help ease congestion on the course for the afternoon races, where we will once again have separate, Ladies, Masters, A3 & Junior racing with the main event of our PJ Logan Cup between the A*, A1 & A2 Categories in a handicapped race.
The PJ Logan is renowned for being a tough race and ideal preparation for the Easter stage races and those wishing to build form ahead of the Tour of Ulster & the Ras. 2017 will be no different and we look forward to welcoming the top riders in Ireland and seeing who can follow Chris McGlinchey in taking home the coveted Cup.
PLEASE NOTE ALL RACES WILL NOW START FROM OUR NEW VENUE AT EUROSPRINGS ON THE MAIN BALLYNAKELLY ROAD. SIGN-ON HAS ALSO CHANGED LOCATION AND IS NOW AT CLONOE COMMUNITY CENTRE (SEE MAPS).
