  1. Hotel reservation acknowledgement issued by the 5th Reunion Secretariat will serve as a confirmation for accommodations.
  1. Guaranteed hotel reservations at the official ReunionHotels – Imperial Queen’s Park Hotel, Bangkok and Sheraton Krabi Beach Resort, Krabi will be through payment by credit card of a one night deposit by March 1st, 2011 and is non-refundable after this date.
  1. A room reservation for which a non-refundable deposit is paid cannot be cancelled but a replacement will be accepted after the deadline of March 1st, 2011.
  1. Accommodation reservation cancellation orreplacement must be advised to the 5th Reunion Secretariat in writing OR Fax No. 662-2375190.
  1. Note that if arrival information is not provided by the deadline of June 9th, 2011, your room at the Imperial Queen’s Park Hotel, Bangkok, may not be ready for check-in upon arrival. As we plan a group arrival at the Krabi Sheraton Beach Resort on June 13th, all rooms will be ready for the group check in.
  1. To apply for the Starwood programme for individual travelers (SPG), guest will be able to enroll and redeem points by themselves through website
