Bid Spec

1.0  Description

The colour video camera described shall be a Sanyo Model number VCC-9200P or equivalent. The Camera described shall be an industrial grade, high sensitivity, high-resolution colour Dome-shaped camera .

2.0  Bid Specifications

The camera shall incorporate an interline transfer method 1/4” charge coupled device (CCD) with approx. 470,000 picture elements (795Hx596V, 752Hx582V effective). The camera shall produce a picture with more than 460 lines of resolution and have a minimum light requirement of 5.0 lux with F1.6 lens or approx. . The camera shall have a video signal to noise ratio of more than 48dB. The video output level shall be 1.0Vp-p (75 ohms, composite) with a BNC type connection.

The camera shall have come with 360°endless panning: When operated manually controlled the Joystick(VAC-900), the camera will pan and tilt at variable speed while setting the sight of the desired location. When a preset position is input on the keypad or when an alarm signal is received, the camera will move horizontal direction and vertical direction.

The camera shall have x96 zoom function by the combination of x12 zoom optical zoom and x8

electronic zoom.

The camera shall have up to 64 positions (determined by the values for pan, tilt, zoom, and focus) peset positions, and can be registered for the camera.

The camera shall have programmed six preset positions sequential display function, and also available is Auto-pan watch, a sweeping motion between two preset positions on the same holizontal line.

The camera shall come with 8 alarm inputs. An alarm signal will set the camera to

automatically focus on the preset location corresponding to the alarm.

The colour video camera (up to 8 units) shall have controlled by VAC-900 via RS485.

The camera shall not exceed a dimension of φ160x200(H) mm[ φ6.3x7.87(D)in] and weigh no more than 2.0kg(4.4lb).

THE controller unit (VAC-900:included) shall not a dimension of 369 x52x141(mm) [14.53(W)x2.05(H)x5.55(D) in.] and weight no more than 1.1kg(2.4lb).

Power requirements for the camera shall be 12V DC and shall consume approx. max.15VA .

The camera shall feature solid state components to resist shock and vibration. The video camera shall be ISO9001 certified and CE listed.
