Format

Use Word. Do not use any special templates.

Headings

Use up to three levels of headings: Section, Subsection, and Sub‐Subsection, clearly marking each level.

Tables

Do these in Word, not Excel.

Graphics

Submit any graphics as separate files in electronic format. Do not import them into Word. PowerPoint does not convert to print.

References

Cite author name/s and year of publication in parentheses: one author (Miller 1991), two authors (Miller and Smith 1994), three authors or more (Miller et al. 1995)
