SUPERVISOR, COMPONENT INSTALLATIONS
Job Description
- Responsible for the overall installation of foundation components on the jobsite
- Capable of organizing and supervising a crew of two or three component installers
- Ability to plan is essential: must ensure the excavation is properly dug, including granular drainage layer
- Must organize the location of survey pins so that string lines for the alignment of the Zont™ bracing strongbacks can be setup for alignment of components
- Responsible for the accurate placement of seismic tie downs and any auxillary steel in addition to Helix® micro rebar
- Responsible for the concrete pour, pumping and placement
- Must ensure the bracing is removed and stored as per the builder's requirements
