- Director. Ground Vehicle Systems Engineering. Directed and supportedan international team of technical managers engaged in electro-optical, infraredmechanical and fire-protection system development including product design,application engineering, production support and field support. Managed agroup of 33 with 5 direct reports. Program Manager for multiple (company andcustomer funded) research and development and special projects with an annual budgetof more than $5M. Responsible for developing standard work practices for developmentprograms and regular reports to senior corporate management.

Program Manager for multiple (company and customer funded)research and development and special projects with an annual budget of more than $2M. Total sales grew more than five-fold.

Developed technicalliterature and presentations to support customers and marketing.
