  • Director. Ground Vehicle Systems Engineering. Directed and supportedan international team of technical managers engaged in electro-optical, infraredmechanical and fire-protection system development including product design,application engineering, production support and field support. Managed agroup of 33 with 5 direct reports. Program Manager for multiple (company andcustomer funded) research and development and special projects with an annual budgetof more than $5M. Responsible for developing standard work practices for developmentprograms and regular reports to senior corporate management.
