4.  ESTRO Job Centre New!

The ESTRO Job Centre is a recruitment tool dedicated to the radiation oncology sector.

By collecting on a common platform CVs from job seekers and job advertisements from companies and institutes, the new service proposed by ESTRO aims at building pertinent connections with a view to addressing job positions as well as career expectations.

The ESTRO Job Centre is a free service for ESTRO corporate members and will be available as of 1 January 2016.

*Gold Corporate members, sharing long term objectives for the development of radiation oncology with ESTRO, will be invited to become part of the

ESTRO advisory corporate council, chaired by ESTRO’s president and managed by the ESTRO leadership. Members of the corporate council will participate

in the activities of ESTRO as a scientific and neutral body to define the clinical practice in radiation oncology.

b.  ESTRO Conferences (excl. joint events)

1.  Priority to book exhibit space, advertising, sponsoring and satellite symposia related to ESTRO conferences in advance of other member or non-members companies. In case of duplicated requests, priority will be given on a first-come first-served basis.

2.  During ESTRO conferences, you are entitled to 2 complimentary full exhibitor’s badges (including access to the exhibition hall and scientific sessions) + 1 complimentary regular exhibitor badge (access to the exhibition hall) per 9 sqm booth space rented.

3.  Preferential fee on company exhibitors badges during conferences.

4.  Possibility to sponsor participants for ESTRO conferences at the early rate. The registration list with the sponsored participants’ names must be sent by the company to ESTRO directly. This does not apply to the registration of company delegates.

5.  Corporate member acknowledgement in conference programme book.

6.  Complimentary company brief description in programme book (max. 150 characters).

c.  ESTRO Annual Congress

1.  Recognition as corporate member on exhibition floor plan.

2.  Access to the corporate members’ desk.

3.  Possibility of personal appointment to collect exhibitors’ badges.

4.  Access to a dedicated room for press activities at a special rate. Slots will be available on a first-come first-served basis, with priority to 1) Gold corporate members and 2) corporate members.

5.  Invitation to the Presidential reception for 2 company delegates.

6.  Invitation to the social event for 2 company delegates (upon request made to ESTRO).

d.  ESTRO Teaching courses

1.  Preferential registration fee for exhibitors taking part to ESTRO teaching courses: company delegates will benefit from an early member registration fee for teaching courses.
