-  Prior to the game give the sheet to the opposing team

o  They will normally give the sheet to the referee when they come out.

-  At the end of the game have every one sign the sheet:

NOTE: the refs may want you to deliver the sheet to them in their room and pay them there as well either after the game or between the 2nd & 3rd.

-  After the refs are done:

o  White sheet in the folder (for Danielle Hince or Cyndee Holdnick)

o  Pink to visitors

o  Yellow to your manager (Note: it’s not written in stone what the visitors or you get)

o  If 1 of you players serves a suspension a copy MUST be sent to the Eastman Director (both home and away games) this is to be done by Danielle or Cyndee so make sure your home games are in the folder in the canteen or you give her the sheet you get at away games (she will get it back to you).

NOTE: If there are major penalties the refs will need to keep the white copy, in this case the yellow copy will go in the folder. If your manager wants to keep a copy include a note with the sheet and Danielle or Cyndee will get a copy to your manger.
