Time: Check-in & Warm-upSaturdaybegins at 1:00 pm. ALL Deck Entries close firmly at 1:30. First warm-up is 1:00–1:50 pm. Events 1 and 2 (1650) start at 2:00 pm. There will be a 2nd Warm-up immediately following the 1650 till 3:30pm.The meet should conclude by approximately 6:00 pm.
Warm-up Sunday begins at 7am. NO Deck Entries Sunday Morning. There will be a 2nd Warm-up immediately following the 1000 on Sunday till 9:00am.The meet must conclude by 11:00am.
Additional warm-up/cool down will be available in the diving well (20 yards) throughout the meet.
Eligibility: This is a USMS sanctioned meet, therefore you must be a member of USMS. If you are not currently registered, you may register ONLINE (preferred!) at or at If you are not currently a USMS member, I recommend waiting till November 1st so you can enjoy USMS member benefits through the end of 2017. Some benefits include a full year subscription to Swimmer magazine, access to other meets, fitness events,Sponsor discounts, etc.
Rules: The current USMS rules will govern the conduct of the meet. Heats will be seeded, slowest to fastest regardless of age group. Please enter a goal time for accurate seeding. Entries with no times will be seeded in the slowest heats. Men and women events could be combined. Results will be broken out by age group and gender (i.e. Men/Women, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39 etc.). NOTE: Your age for this meet is your age on 11/5/2016.
Awards: Ribbons 1st through 6th
Entry Fees: $20.00 meet fee, plus $5 per event. Full-time Student Discount = $20 total (Event fees waived - Pay full meet fees as suggested in online meet entry, and then email me for your Student Refund of event fees you paid over $20.) All late and deck entries are $55.00 and must be entered at check in prior to 1:30 on Saturday. Credit cards are charged to "ClubAssistant.com Events" for this meet.
Limits: Swimmers may swim up to five events per day, plus relays (Relay are FREE!). Please be aware that this meet might run fast. If you enter back-to-back events, your rest time may be very short (or nonexistent).
*** You may swim both the 1000 1650. These events will be limited to the first 16 swimmers each (2 heats) and genders may be combined (the distance events fill up fast).
Deadline: Register online by midnight Wednesday, November 3rd, 2016 for the early entry fee. Late and deck entries will be accepted 1:00-1:30 at the $55.00 rate.
