Focusing and Planning Your Enquiry

Research question : What do I want to explore?
A studythe Application of Mind Map to Teaching Mandarin Vocabularies to Scottish Primary School Pupils
Rationale for Enquiry Focus
A mind map is hierarchical and shows relationships among pieces of the whole. It is often created around a single concept, drawn as an image in the center of a blank page, to which associated representations of ideas such as images, words and parts of words are added. During the past year of teaching mandarin in Scottish primary school pupils, Ifind it’s agood and easy way to help pupils remembering mandarin vocabularies in a short and limited time using the mind map. And it helps pupils to find and learn more types of vocabularies with just one topic.
