I. Rental Definitions

Full Day Rental: 10:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Half Day Rental:10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.OR5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Mid-Week Rental: Monday through Thursday

Weekend/Holiday Rental: Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 12 p.m. (or later) Friday – 5 p.m. Sunday

Whole Building: All unrestricted spaces from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (does not include overnight)

Whole Building Overnight: All unrestricted spaces from 10 a.m. day-one to 12 p.m. day two.

II. Rental Fees

Please note that higher rental rates apply to Friday, Saturday and Sunday rentals. Also note: G.E.B. Room rental excludes parties. All parties and other events with food are restricted to the Hall/Kitchen.

Entire building includes all spaces listed above excludes restricted spaces that are clearly marked.

A cleaning deposit may be required depending on the event and the spaces used. Deposits start at $100 of room rentals and $250 for building rental.

III. Negotiated Additional Time

Events should be planned to include sufficient set-up and clean-p time. In the event that additional time is needed either before or after usual rental times, it can be negotiated at a fee of $50 per additional hour.

IV. Equipment

Wireless Internet Access, TV/DVD and CD player are available at no charge. Easels and markers are also available at no charge, and newsprint pads can be purchased.

V. Parking

There are two parking lots available. Upper lot will accommodate 24 vehicles and the lower lot will accommodate 20 - 24. There is no parking in designated areas identified in rental agreements. Any vehicle parked in designated no parking areas will need to be moved. Spaces reserved with orange cones are for residents, Cones must not be moved.

VI. SET UP & CLEAN UP

In an effort to keep rental rates reasonable, renters are responsible for room set-up and clean-up. Renters must return the space to the condition that it was found. Tables and chairs must be put away. Any spills (food or beverage) must be cleaned, and all decorations, including but not limited to streamer, greens, sparkles and confetti must be removed and/or swept up.
