ALRESFORD TOWN - Jarid Hixon moves to Alresford Town having previously played for fellow Premier Division side, Fawley AFC.

AMESBURY TOWN - Ciaran Fountain has signed for Amesbury Town this week. Joseph McEntee has re-signed for Town. He had a season away from Bonnymead Park last season but is now back with Amesbury once again.

BEMERTON HEATH HARLEQUINS - NeilFordhas moved across Wiltshire and has signed for Bemerton Heath Harlequins.Fordpreviously played for Downton several years ago.

BLACKFIELD & LANGLEY - Luke Ingram has moved to Blackfield and Langley from fellow Premier Division side, Bournemouth Poppies. Ingram had spent two seasons at Victoria Park before hismoveto Gang Warily this week. Wayne Boud has also signed for Blackfield and Langley and he scored alast minutewinnerat Whitchurch United for the Watersiders on Saturday. Boud spent several years at Fareham Town before moving to Gang Warily and prior to that, he was also at Moneyfields.

BOURNEMOUTH - Much-travelledgoalkeeperJamie Bray has signed for Bournemouth Poppies. Bray, who started out as a youngster with Oxford United, has been playing for East Cowes Vics in Division One this season before his switch to Premier Division side, Bournemouth. Bray was at Newport (IOW) last season, and prior to that, he has played for Winchester City and Blackfield & Langley. Former Hamworthy Unitedplayer, Stuart Ellis, has signed for Bournemouth Poppies as well this week.

DOWNTON - Aaron Brindley has signed for Downton his week. David Coker is another new face at Wick Lane this week. James Dennison has also signed for Downton this week, aplayerwho lists the now defunct, Andover FC, amongst his former clubs. Former Bemerton Heath Harlequinsplayer, Steven Holvey, has signed for Downton as well. Drew Parker has signed for Downton this week too along with former Amesbury Townplayer, Dean Wrixon. Long-serving Petersfield Townplayer, Callum Coker, had a brief spell at Downton earlier in August, but he has now returned to Petersfield Town again.

EAST COWES VICS - Benjamin Gregory has this week re-signed for East Cowes Vics for a second successive season. Julian Hill is anotherplayerwho has re-signed for another season.

FAREHAM TOWN - Matt Parr, Manager of Fareham Town, has completed the signing of Bradley Bester this week.

FAWLEY AFC - Sam Burrow has re-joined Fawley AFC for another season. Burrow has been at the Waterside Sports andSocialClubsince 2009.

HAMWORTHY UNITED - Experiencedplayer,NicholasTayler, has joined Hamworthy United. Tayler joins the Hammers from Alton Town, now in the Combined Counties League. He has also previously played for Horndean, Petersfield Town and Hayling United before he moved to Alton and now Hamworthy United.

HAYLING UNITED - Young Hayling United Manager, Rich Bessey, had toregisterhimself as aplayerfor the Humbugs on August 30th, ahead of United's trip to East Cowes Vics. United drew the game 2-2 at Beatrice Avenue, a game that Bessey ended up as a substitute for. Liam Duffy has also signed for Hayling United this week, as has Barnaby Kellaway, Connor Messenbird and Philip Moody. Callum Phillpott has switched to HaylingCollegefrom Horndean. Phillpott has also had a spell at Petersfield Town several seasons ago.

HORNDEAN - Gerald Joseph has signed for Dave Carter's Horndean side having previously played for fellow Premier Division side, Moneyfields.

HYTHE & DIBDEN - Former Romsey TownplayerSimon De'Ath has signed for Lee Burch's Hythe & Dibden side. De'Ath spent many seasons with Romsey Town, playing under Glenn Burnett before he moved to New Milton Town last season, where he played under the tutelage of Darren Curtis, another former Romsey Townplayer. De'Ath has now switched down to Division One tosignfor Lee Burch's new look Hythe & Dibden side.

LAVERSTOCK & FORD - NicholasSafe has re-signed for Laverstock &Fordfor a second season in a row. Safe had spent several seasons at Amesbury Town before he moved to The Dell. A new face at Laverstock &Fordthis week is Joe Spratt, who moves acrossSalisburyfrom Premier Division outfit, Bemerton Heath Harlequins.

LYMINGTON TOWN - Former AFC Totton Reserve TeamPlayer, Kieran Burgess, has signed for Lymington Town. Ryan Ferguson has moved down the road to join Lymington from Brockenhurst. Prior to a season at Grigg Lane, Ferguson previously played for Blackfield & Langley. Ben Field has signed for Lymington Town this week, as has Greg King, who joins from fellow Premier Division side, Fawley AFC. Rhys Williams has signed for Lymington Town for another season as well.

MONEYFIELDS - Graeme Gee, long-standing Moneyfieldsplayer, has returned to Dover Road this week to re-join the Premier Divisionclubfor another season. Ashley Johnson has this week signed for Moneyfields, from Premier Division neighbours, AFC Portchester. Johnson was at Blackfield & Langley a couple of seasons ago, and prior to that, he played for Romsey Town. Moneyfields have pulled off a significanttransfercoup this week, capturing Shaun Wilkinson. Wilkinson started out atBrighton& Hove Albion, before joining Chesterfieldon loanand he then moved to Havant & Waterloovilleon loanbefore joining Weymouth, Lewes and Eastleigh.

ROMSEY TOWN - Former Totton & Eling man, Richard Hayter, has re-signed for Romsey Town for another season. Alomgir Kabir has re-signed at the Bypass Ground for the second successive season. Kabir lists Bashley Reserves and New Milton Town amongst his former sides.

TOTTON & ELING - Peter Mahy has signed for Totton & Eling this week. Jude Nwachurwu has also signed for the Millers this week as has former Brockenhurst man, Kevin O'Rourke.

VERWOOD TOWN - Verwood Town have been busy capturing new signings this week. Laurence Bones has signed for theclubthis week, as has Alex Brooker, Tom Callaghan, Sam Clayton and Raymond Stroud. Daniel Saxby has also signed for the Potters.

WHAT HAPPENED THIS WEEK?

BLACKFIELD & LANGLEY and MONEYFIELDS drew 1-1 at Gang Warily onBankHolidayMonday. Steve Hutchings netted the visitors' goal. AFC PORTCHESTER won 3-1 away at BROCKENHURST. Scott Joyce scored the Badgers' goals, but goals from Josh Holmes and substitute, Kevin Pottage, with two, gave the visitors the win. Luke Walker, Jason Graham and Shane Lock all scored as WHITCHURCH UNITED won 3-0 at DOWNTON. Graham Lindsey and Louie Martin both scored early in the first-half as FAREHAM TOWN and ROMSEY TOWN drew 2-2 at Cams Alders. Geoffrey Dunn and DannyPhillipsscored in response for the visitors. Matt Vining and substitute Ben Bolton scored as FAWLEY AFC beat CHRISTCHURCH 2-1 at the Waterside Sports and Social Club. Liam Jacobs scored in response for the visitors. A solitary goal from Jamie Barron on 68 minutes gave FOLLAND SPORTS a 1-0 home win against VERWOOD TOWN. WINCHESTER CITY won 3-1 away at HORNDEAN. Alex Miroy scored a consolation goal for the hosts but it wasn't enough for them to avoid a home loss. Luke Ansell scored for TOTTON & ELING but they lost 3-1 at home to LYMINGTON TOWN. James Davis, Shane Sims and Luke Muarin scored for the visitors.

Graham Mankin and Joe Sanger both scored for BEMERTON HEATH HARLEQUINS in their 2-2 draw at home to SHOLING on Tuesday night. Mike Carter and Marvin McLean scored in response for the Boatmen.

In the Premier Division on Wednesday night, HAMWORTHY UNITED won 2-1 at home to BOURNEMOUTH POPPIES. A crowd of 110 at the County Ground saw Dominic Allen put the Hammers ahead only and then Lee Chudy doubled the hosts' advantage. Aaron Corby reduced the deficit for Poppies but the hosts held on for victory.

In the Premier Division on Saturday, Jack Garner was on target for ROMSEY TOWN, but a goal from Graham Mankin and two goals from substitute Kane O'Keefe gave BEMERTON HEATH HARLEQUINS a 3-1 win at the Bypass Ground. VERWOOD TOWN and DOWNTON drew 1-1 at Potterne Park. Michael Haskell had put the Potters ahead early on but Downton drew level after the break toearna point. Wayne Boud scored in thelast minuteat Longmeadow to give his newclub, BLACKFIELD & LANGLEY, a 1-0 away win at WHITCHURCH UNITED.

In Division One on Saturday, Lee Burch scored for his HYTHE & DIBDEN side as they won 4-1 away at ANDOVER NEW STREET. Steve Knight put the Watersideclubahead with a one-on-one before Heathershaw supplied to Cotter to level proceedings. Burch then chested down and scored a half-volley to restore Hythe & Dibden's advantage before further goals from Hakeem Osumah, captialising on a goalkeeping error, and Seun Olabiyi finishing off a great move, completed the win for the visitors. EAST COWES VICS and HAYLING UNITED drew 2-2 at Beatrice Avenue. Josh Appell and Wayne Newnham scored for the hosts. A late Anthony Bellott goal wasn't enough for RINGWOOD TOWN as they lost 7-1 athometo ANDOVER TOWN. Tom Riddell scored a hat-trick for the visitors, whilst Gunner Yates, Claudio Herbert, Tom Richards and captain Lewis Benson all also found the target for thecollegeoutfit in this impressivevictoryat Long Lane. Two penalties from Dean Higgins gave STOCKBRIDGE a 2-0homewin against AMESBURY TOWN. TEAM SOLENT and LAVERSTOCK &FORDdrew 2-2 atTestPark. Louis Le Mesurier put the Students ahead on 20 minutes only for the visitors to equalise ten minutes after. Mike Wheeler was then dismissed for the Students on the hour mark before the visitors then took the lead with ten minutes left. The Wiltshire club looked set for all three points until an 89th minute equaliser from substitute Craig Thomas with his first touch, salvaged a point for the hosts. Dan Newman had equalised for Laverstock &Fordand Eddie Perrett had then put them ahead. PEWSEY VALE won 3-0 away at US PORTSMOUTH. Wallen, Hopper and Franklin scored the goals for the visiting Vale side at the Victory Stadium.

In the FA Cup Preliminary Round on Saturday, MONEYFIELDS and Longwell Green Sports drew 2-2 at Dover Road. The teams will replay this midweek, although Moneyfields will be missing influential midfielder, Stuart Green, to an injury that he picked up on Saturday. A Lewis Stockford effort was enough to put AFC PORTCHESTER through with a 1-0 away win at Godalming Town. BOURNEMOUTH POPPIES exited the FA Cup with a 4-2homedefeat to Hallen. Lammali put Poppies ahead only for Collett to equalise after half-time. Andrews then restored Poppies' lead just one minute later before Hallen scored three more in the second half tobooktheir place in the next round. WINCHESTER CITY turned in a fine display as they beat Swindon Supermarine 3-0 at the Denplan City Ground. Two first-half goals from Ben Osborne put City on the way to victory and then a penalty from Chris Flood in the second-half completed the scoring for the Premier Division outfit, who will now entertain Mangotsfield United in the next round. COWES SPORTS were beaten 2-1 by Yate Town. Sports went ahead in the first-half at their higher league opponents, but two goals in the second-half from Yate put them through to the next round. LYMINGTON TOWN were hammered 7-1 byBristolManor Farm.BristolManor Farm went 2-0 up inside the opening ten minutes. A third goal followed from the hosts before Shane Sims missed a penalty for Lymington. Sims did then score to reduce the deficit before Lymington conceded twice more to go in 5-1 down at half-time. Four minutes into the second-half and it was 6-1 from the penalty spot before a seventh goal late on completed the rout. HORNDEAN won 2-1 away at Division One local rivals, PETERSFIELD TOWN. HAMWORTHY UNITED turned in a fine display as they produced an upset, winning 3-1 away at Calor Gas Southern Division One side, Wimborne Town. Dominic Allen was again on target for the Hammers, whilst Sam Lanahan and Sam Pekun both also scored for the Hammers. Matt Kemble, former Bournemouth Poppies striker, reduced the arrears for the hosts, but the Hammers held on for a fine result and a "deserved win", according to Hammers boss, Simon Browne. A goal in each half from Sam Knight gave FAREHAM TOWN a 2-0 away win at NEWPORT (IOW) and set them up with a home tie against Weymouth in the next round. Bryn McKie even missed a penalty for the Creeksiders, whilst Tom Scovell was dismissed for the hosts. BROCKENHURST won their all-Premier Division clash with FOLLAND SPORTS, 2-0 at Grigg Lane. TOTTON & ELING and SHOLING will replay at Portsmouth Road this midweek after a 0-0 draw at Little Testwood Farm; the winners will host AFC Totton in the next round. TADLEY CALLEVA lost 5-3 at Chalfont St Peter in their re-scheduled FA Cup tie. Tadley were initially knocked out in the last round, but it was established that Ascot United had fielded an ineligible player, that saw Tadley re-instated.

WHAT’S ON THIS WEEK?

On Tuesday night, in the League Cup Second Round, there is an all-Premier Division tie that sees ALRESFORD TOWN host DOWNTON. BOURNEMOUTH POPPIES will play at home against Division One side, HYTHE & DIBDEN.
There are two FA Cup Preliminary Round replays, that see SHOLING play at home against fellow Southampton-based Premier Division side, TOTTON & ELING, with AFC Totton due to travel to the winners. MONEYFIELDS travel to Longwell Green Sports for their replay after the two sides drew 2-2 at Dover Road on Saturday.
In the Premier Division on Tuesday night, BEMERTON HEATH HARLEQUINS host CHRISTCHURCH. LYMINGTON TOWN travel across the New Forest as they are away at BLACKFIELD & LANGLEY. FAREHAM TOWN make the short journey east as they are away at HORNDEAN whilst ROMSEY TOWN entertain AFC PORTCHESTER and WHITCHURCH UNITED make the short journey down the A34 as they play away at local rivals, WINCHESTER CITY.

There is a League Cup First Round tie on Wednesday night, that sees Premier Division side, HAMWORTHY UNITED, travel to face Division One side, AMESBURY TOWN.

On Saturday, it is the Extra Preliminary Round of the FA Vase. Premier Division side, BROCKENHURST, entertain Division One outfit, HAYLING UNITED. There is another Premier Division versus Division One clash, as FAWLEY AFC host AMESBURY TOWN. WHITCHURCH UNITED travel to Hallen, again. Hallen defeat United in the FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round in August, and the two sides will now come face-to-face once again. HYTHE & DIBDEN host Oldland Abbotonians, whilst FLEET SPURS travel away to Keynsham Town and Cheddar travel to LAVERSTOCK & FORD. Division One side, PEWSEY VALE, entertain Danny Bowers’ Premier Division outfit, FOLLAND SPORTS. There is an all-Premier Division clash at the Bypass Ground that sees ROMSEY TOWN host BOURNEMOUTH POPPIES. Division One side, TEAM SOLENT, host Premier Division side, HORNDEAN, at Test Park. US PORTSMOUTH are at home against Calne Town and PETERSFIELD TOWN are away at Welton Rovers. RINGWOOD TOWN travel to Winterbourne United in the other FA Vase tie.
In the Premier Division on Saturday, ALRESFORD TOWN entertain TOTTON & ELING. HAMWORTHY UNITED host SHOLING at the County Ground, whilst CHRISTCHURCH make the short journey to LYMINGTON TOWN and DOWNTON travel to NEWPORT (IOW). BEMERTON HEATH HARLEQUINS travel to VERWOOD TOWN in the day’s other Premier Division game.
In Division One on Saturday, ANDOVER NEW STREET host COWES SPORTS. EAST COWES VICS host TADLEY CALLEVA at Beatrice Avenue and ANDOVER TOWN travel to NEW MILTON TOWN.
