GENERAL CONDITIONS
The event will be run under Pony Club Eventing Rules 2018.Competitors are deemed to know the rules and any infringement will incur elimination.
All hats must conform to PC standards 2018 and be tagged with an aquamarine tag.
Body protectors – all competitors must wear a protector that meets Beta 2009 Level 3 Standards (purple tag) on the cross country course.
All non members must have their own insurance
Competitors eliminated on the cross country phase MUST immediately leave the course at a walk.
Photographic Rights - competitors and their parents/guardians have given permission for any photographic and or film or TV footage taken of horses/ponies taking part in Pony Club events to be used and published in any media whatsoever for editorial purposes, press information or advertising by or on behalf of The Pony Club and/or Official Sponsors of The Pony Club.
Entry fees will not be refunded after closing date for entries.
Objections in writing with £10 deposit will be accepted according to Pony Club Eventing Rules 2018.
It is not permitted to ride anywhere else in the park. Any competitor or their associates found doing so will be eliminated from the competition and any prizes forfeited.
Dogs must be kept strictly under control and on a short lead at all times.
LEGAL LIABILITY
Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the Organisers, or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the Event Organiser or The Pony Club, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies, nor the landlord or his tenant, accepts any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents and accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever. Entries are only accepted on this basis.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the Health and Safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards.
