PRACTICAL TRAINIG – III : ALTERNATE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ADR)
( Class room instructions shall be carried out in all 9 units specified in the LL.B syllabus and there will be a written examination for 60 marks of three hours duration . The question paper shall be of essay type in which 9 questions are to be asked out of which the Student is required to answer any 6 questions. Each question carries 10 marks.
For 30 marks , on 3 components of Negotiation Skills , Arbitrational and Conciliation Practice, 6 lectures ( two lecture for each components) shall be given by expert and 3 simulation programmes and case studies to be conducted . A record of simulation programmes and case studies submitted by the student is to be assessed by concerned Teacher and Principal .
For 10 marks Viva- Voce examination shall be conducted on the above two aspects by the external examiner.)
