ARKANSAS NAHRO MAINTENANCE MEETING
Time and Place: October 4-6, 2017, at Clarion on Lake Hamilton, Hot Springs,
AR
Cost: Exhibit space is $150.00, which includes one full registration (meals etc.) If more than one person is attending; extra meal tickets can be purchased, see below.
Tabletop displays with space for vertical and other exhibits will be provided.
Booths will be provided on first come, first served basis. Please keep in mind that space is limited, so if you plan on bringing some type of machinery, please contact me first with your information.
You will not be able to set up prior to Wed. Your booth will need to be set up by Wed. at noon. You may break down after the last break on Thursday afternoon, which is normally around 3:00 pm. Even though you need to break down by the last break on Thursday afternoon, please feel free to join us for our ‘famous’ steak dinner at the banquet Thursday evening and breakfast on Friday morning! Also join us for the chicken, fish, & shrimp fry on Wed. evening at Arc Isle.
HOTEL INFORMATION
Room rates are $98 for single occupancy and for double
occupancy. Reservations may be made by calling the hotel at (501) 525-1391
and ask for the “AR NAHRO Chapter Maintenance” room block.
Room registration cut-off is September 3, 2017.
