Minutes of Special Meeting of Navan Electoral Area Committee which took place on Monday 3rd November 2008 at 12.30pm in the Office of the Navan Area Manager/Director of Service, Mr Eugene Cummins, Meath Co Council, County Hall, Railway St, Navan, Co Meath.

To consider report in accordance with Part VIII of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001-2007 in respect of the Bus Lay Bys and Pedestrian Crossings and all associated works on the Forfas Rd, Johnstown, Navan, Co. Meath.
The Members received and noted the Managers Report in accordance with Part VIII of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001-2007 which was presented to them by the Senior Executive Planner.
The Members also received and noted the Area Engineers Report in respect of the provision of the Bus Lay Bys, bus shelters, realignment of existing footpaths, Pedestrian Crossings & all associated site works on the Forfas Rd, Johnstown, Navan, Co Meath.
The Officials present responded to any queries raised by the Members.
On the proposal of Cllr J Mangan, seconded by Cllr J Holloway, it was agreed by the Members to recommend to the Full Council the Managers report as presented in accordance with Part VIII of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001-2007 in respect of the Bus Lay Bys, bus shelters, realignment of existing footpaths, pedestrian crossings and all associated works on the Forfas Rd, Johnstown, Navan, Co. Meath.
