2 Day Open Qualifier (AV Retriever) Stake 3 (limited to 24 dogs)
To be held under Kennel Club Field Trial Regulations together with the rules and conditions of entry of the Usk Valley Working Gundog Club.
To be held at New Farm, Norton, Near Evesham
on Friday 16th & Saturday 17th October 2015

MEET / 9 am for 9.30 am start. Directions will be sent with the results of the draw
ENTRY FEE / £45 (£65 for non-members) plus an administration fee of £2 per dog for each entry. Two separate cheques are required please, each made payable to Usk Valley Working Gundog Club. Note that entries will not be accepted unless 2 separate cheques are sent. All unused entry cheques will be destroyed.
PRIZES / The winner receives£45, second place £30andthird place£15. Prize cards will be given to all award winners.
CLOSING DATE / The completed entry form to reach the Field Trial Secretary by first post 19thSeptember. The entry must be accompanied by two cheques and an A5 stamped addressed envelope for draw result or see website.
DRAW / The draw will be made by the Field Trial Secretary and will take place at 84 Golf Road, New Inn, Pontypool, Torfaen NP4 0QW at 7pm on 26thSeptember. Any member wishing to attend the draw is welcome to do so with prior permission.
Substitution may be allowed up to 7 days before a Trial. Open Stakes will require similarly qualified dogs.
The Usk Valley Working Gundog Club, should circumstances so dictate and in consultation with the judges, may alter any arrangement if it becomes necessary. The society may also reserve the right to refuse any entry, except that this shall not apply in terms of the preference in the draw regulations.
