  1. Approval of May Minutes: May minutes were not available for approval at meeting….Angela to send to board once completed.
  2. Coordinator’s Reports:
  1. Shetland (M Zeitner) Need codes changed to locks on Shetland field. Players had codes and were accessing the field during Larry Hutson without adult approval.

  1. Additional Reports:
  1. VP of Operations (B Johnson) Field closure had changed to 6/24/15. 3 wheel gator needs repair keeps blowing a fuse. Mitch requests some repairs on the Shetland field. Turf needs replacing in the batter’s box.
  1. VP of By Laws (Arlin Johnson) Changes to the Bylaws were approved at the General Membership meeting on 5/27/15. Arlin to have updates added to website.
  1. Treasurer (T Donaldson) Financials reviewed. Shaw Park ended up with a balance of approximately $33,000.

  1. Equipment (J Bouwens) Thank you to James for all his hard work with uniforms.
  1. Website (J Sandberg) Look into possibly changing website to shawparkbaseball.org

  1. Discussed H.A.S (Helping Athletes Score) Foundation Mary Litman
  2. Cliff is reaching out to the people who have volunteered for Executive Board positions. Elections will be held next week.
