All services are provided under the College’s standard terms and conditions, which can be found at: http://www.college.police.uk/Legal/Pages/Terms-and-conditions.aspx.
These terms apply to the contract to the exclusion of any other terms that the customer seeks to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing.
Completion and electronic submission of this form signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Terms as a Member
Only registered members of the College of Policing are eligible to apply for members’ places at £30.00 inc. VAT – these places are offered for exclusive use by the member. Members cannot purchase reduced price tickets for use by non-members and so members’ places are strictly limited to one per member. You may buy additional places at the full price of £60.00 inc. VAT.
To receive a discounted place you must be a registered member of the College of Policing when you apply. If you are not yet a member, click on this link to join. Members will receive confirmation of their membership number in the College Members’ newsletter.
Anyone purchasing a full price place who later becomes a registered member will not be eligible for a partial refund retrospectively. It is important that you request the correctly priced place at the time of your application as errors cannot be rectified afterwards.
Cancellation policy
Notice of cancellation must be made by email. If the delegate/force training coordinator advises the College of a cancellation or postponement more than 40 days before the start of the event, there will be no charge. If, however, a cancellation is made within 40 days of the start of the event, the following sliding scale of charges is applied:
·  39-20 working days before the start date = 25% of fee
·  19-10 working days before the start date = 50% of fee
·  9-5 working days before the start date = 75% of fee
·  Within fewer than 5 working days, on start date or after = 100% of fee
·  Failure to arrive at, or to complete, a course = 100% of fee.
