EXHIBITION SUBMISSION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Specification of Exhibits
· The minimum size of the exhibit should be 1” x 1”.
· The maximum size should be 12” x 12”.
· Exhibits must be able to withstand all weather conditions, as they will be outside for up to 6 days
· Exhibits can be made out of any material but should be waterproof.
· Exhibits must be sturdy enough to be sent by post.
· Exhibits should be as colourful as possible to create real impact.
Selection of Exhibits for Use at RHS Chatsworth Flower Show
Individuals may submit more than one craft contribution. Exhibits used to create the final installation will be selected by the artist. The RHS cannot guarantee that every exhibit submitted will be used within the final installation. However, the artist will be asked to try to use as many exhibits as possible.
Exhibits cannot be returned to the contributor. At the end of the show all exhibits, including those submitted but not used in the installation, will be put up for sale to members of the public, to raise funds for the WRNS Benevolent Trust.

Exhibits for the installation can only be delivered to Air Business between the following dates:
· No earlier than 6 April 2017.
· No later than 20 April 2017.
· Exhibits, accompanied by a completed Exhibition Submission Form, should be securely packed in suitable envelopes/boxes to ensure that they do not get broken during transfer through the Royal Mail network.
· Parcels should be clearly marked ‘Fragile’ or ‘Breakable’ as appropriate and include a Return to Sender address.
· The sender must ensure that the correct amount of postage is paid for the parcel to be delivered to Air Business. Air Business will not pay any outstanding charges for items that cannot be delivered due to incorrect postage.
