BORROWER AUTHORIZATION

I/We authorize the closing attorney, Harris & Hilton, P.A., to receive any and all information and documentation requested in order to assist them in obtaining loan and payoff information for loans owed to said lender(s) and/or HOA. I understand the lender may charge a fee to my account for a faxed written payoff statement. Lender is asked to forward any requested information in a prompt manner. A copy of this authorization may be accepted as an original.

If the loan is an Equity Line or similar revolving line of credit, I/We hereby request that the account be blocked from further advances, suspend further credit, and terminate the account pursuant to N.C.G.S. 45-82.2. The information Harris & Hilton, P.A. obtains is only to be used in the processing of my mortgage loan closing. This Request for Payoff Statement and Credit Suspension Directive (this “Request and Directive”) is a combined request for a payoff statement given pursuant to § 45-36.7 of the North Carolina General Statutes and a credit suspension directive given to you pursuant to § 45-36.7A of the North Carolina General Statutes.
