Resumes are provided for key personnel likely to be assigned to the Lafayette Parish School System’s implementation. The actual staff members assigned to the project and the percentage of time each would spend on the project would need to be determined at a later date based on the mutually agreed to implementation schedule and each staff member's availability in that time frame.

DEBORAH WEAVER
Implementation Planning
Debbe Weaver joined SunGard Public Sector in 1982. Debbe is the General Manager of the Education Systems Student Customer Services. In this position, she is responsible for the Level One Help Desk staff and implementation and training staff for the student systems.
Debbe has extensive experience as a Systems Representative, Customer Support Manager, and Divisional Manager. She has also demonstrated an excellent rapport with school district clients. Some of her achievements while at SunGard Public Sector include: producing installation outlines and lesson plans, installing and training all software from Scheduling to Payroll in school districts across the United States, developing and conducting training seminars, and developing SunGard Public Sector's internal training program and project coordination services.
Debbe graduated with honors and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University, a M.Ed. in Counseling from the University of Virginia, and a M.Ed. in Administration from Lehigh University. She is also a member of the honorary societies of Beta Gamma Sigma, Phi Kappa Phi, and Eta Mu Pi.
She has nine years of school district experience as a teacher, counselor, and administrator. Her education background encompasses supervision of instruction, budget preparation, computer system implementation, and curriculum development.
KATHLEEN J. UHL
Implementation Coordinator
Kathy joined SunGard Public Sector's Education Systems Division in 1993 as an Application Software Trainer for the student applications. As a senior application software trainer, Kathy was responsible for the training and implementation needs of the Arkansas Public School Computer Network, a statewide project which links more than 300 Arkansas schools to a centralized network. As Senior Implementation Project Coordinator, she coordinated the implementation and training efforts of numerous clients, including the statewide Delaware implementation. Since being promoted to Advisory Project Coordinator, she is responsible for serving as a single point of contact during system implementation working with the internal organization to provide customers with timely, accurate responses. In addition, Kathy is responsible for supervising the student Software Training Team.
Prior to joining SunGard Public Sector, Kathy worked as an assistant public relations director for a large company in Baltimore, Maryland. Kathy holds a B.A. in Marketing and Communications from Penn State.
KIM E. KALTENBRUN
eSchoolPLUS Consultant Team Lead
Kim joined SunGard Public Sector in 2008 as an Implementation Specialist specializing in providing on-site training and support for eSchoolPLUS. Kim is responsible for meeting customer training and implementation needs in districts in Oregon, Texas, and California.
Kim has fifteen years experience implementing and training school districts to use new student information systems. Prior to joining SunGard Public Sector, Kim was a Senior Consultant and Project Manager specializing in implementing student information and financial administration systems in the K-12 market. Kim holds a B.A. in Business Management and a Masters Certificate in Project Management. Kim is also a PMI certified Project Management Professional.
