  4. Registration charges will be borne by the bank/owners on 50:50 basis.
  5. During the pendency of lease, bank has got the option to vacate the premises by giving one month's notice.
  6. Providing minimum of 2 toilets for gents/ladies staff members.
  7. Agree to construct strong room & ATM as per RBI specifications after providing strong room door by the bank.
