JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, organize and supervise for execution of construction activities of the projects according to the schedules.
  • Monitor, update and coordinate project site performance against detailed schedules.
  • Update and preparation of work procedures related to the construction of Projects.

Look after whole site for the Installation, Fabrication & Inspection of Process Piping & Erection of two pairs of Gas Turbine & Compressor (MAN TURBO SUPPLY) with their accessories & Installation of Suction Scrubbers, Air Discharge Coolers, Filter House accessories with Structure; Lube Oil Coolers & Compressor shed structure Pipe racks.

  • Preparation of (B.O.Q) & (B.O.M) as per drawing for supply of Equipments & Materials. Maintain material issuance requisition and material inspection reports.
  • Leveling & Alignment of Gas Turbines and Compressors with final grouting.
  • Identification and Inspection of Piping and Structure material with their Specifications, Codes & Standards.
  • Responsible for the Inspection of Insulation on Piping for hot lines of Gas.
  • Maintain Daily, Weekly and monthly Progress Reports. Familiar for Quality Inspection Plan.

Dealing with client for the Quality Control Inspection of tanks and prepare inspection reports & Progress reports and (QC) Documents. Knowledge of Tank Construction drawings. Non Destructive Testing (N.D.T) Radiographic Inspection, Magnetic particle Inspection.

  • Responsible for the Erection of Annular plates, bottom plates and shell plates and roof of Tank.
  • Calculation of material & Total Weight of material from drawing. Vacuum box test of welded bottom plates.
  • Handling over all material regarding to the project, and maintain Progress Report on daily basis.
  • Responsible for Erection, Fabrication and Installation of Oil and Gas Field Vessels, Equipments like,
  • Heat exchangers (Feed gas chiller, chiller economizer, Feed gas pre cooler) with final grouting.
  • Erection of Memguard Absorber Vessels (Four), Particle Filters, Inlet Separators with final grout.
  • Installation of Filter Coalescer, Degasser and Slug Catcher with final alignment and grouting.
  • Installation of Regeneration Gas Cooler, Regeneration Gas Scrubber, Regeneration Gas Heater.
  • Installation of Recycle Membrane skids and Valve skid.
  • Responsible for the Alignment and Leveling of all above mentioned Vessels, Skids and Equipments.
  • Good knowledge of Nozzle Orientation Drawings, Piping Layout and (P&IDs.)
  • Installation, Fabrication and Inspection of (Process Piping) carbon steel, stainless steel and galvanize piping.
  • Command on Isometric Drawings. And prepare daily Fit up and welding inspection reports.
