Please be there by 10.30 AM for registration. Kindly note the program starts at 11.00 AM sharp. Program may run till 4 pm. This is a cultural event for the Colorado Tamil residents – your suggestions are welcome !
We are not sponsored by any organizations. This event is being supported by the participants only. Based on the amount collected, we will arrange food or it shall be a pot luck event. The organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to the participants or their belongings. Kids are to be with their parents all the time. The judges’ decision shall be final.
Please contact the us ASAP & send this registration form and payment to one of the organizers by Aug 01,2009 to avoid any disappointments. Incomplete forms will not be entertained. One of the organizers will get back to you with a confirmed spot for you/your kid(s). Registration is complete only when we get your payment.
