Dear Human Services Financial Professional,

I am writing this letter to invite you to a training seminar entitled, “Cost Allocation.” This course will explain essential cost allocation principles and techniques for federal grants. HSFo has tailored the course to meet the needs of financial officers like you, who work in a state or local human services agency.

v  The training is delivered in a group-live format.

v  This training is designed to provide conceptual explanations and practical guidance to the most current and pressing problems in managing these programs, and will provide in-depth information for many aspects of the programs.

v  Training topics will be illustrated through the use of case studies from various states, and interactive discussion of lessons learned will be encouraged.

v  Attendees will return to their states with skills and ideas enabling them to improve the fiscal management of these programs.
