The administrative performance appraisal is a cooperative and continuing program intended to (1) open lines of communication, (2) create better understanding, (3) develop professional attitudes, and (4) improve the quality of performance.
Note: This form is to be used to record the appraisal of the performance of the Collegiate Coach. It shall serve as a basis for the end of-the-year and, as needed, appraisal conference(s).
