The primary function of this position is service maintenance, repair and certification/calibration of HT Consoles, recorders, TAU’s, pads, and cables in our service fleet and rental equipment. Major responsibilities include, customer service, disassemble, trouble shoot, assemble, test, and package of equipment for field projects and rentals. Other specific responsibilities may include, but not be limited to, maintain gang boxes, request replacement parts and consumables from suppliers/planner/purchaser, communication with asset management and other warehouse technicians, scheduling of product flow and positively influence the Lean efforts throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Repair of equipment responsibility includes disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, replacement of parts, reassemble, check and perform operational test.

·  Order management responsibilities include creating folder per order to collect documents, possibly entering into the business system.

·  Follow up with internal and external customer questions and concerns via telephone or email.

·  Diagnose equipment repair requirements and document all repairs maintaining high level of organization.

·  Process equipment order repair document per and notify appropriate Field Service Manager of diagnosis for quotation and completion of tool service.

·  Management of KAN BAN with-in area. Initiate purchase requisitions as required and follow up order of parts to complete equipment repairs.

·  Responsible for product traceability; Hydratight assets and customer property.

·  Calibration-Certification of Accuracy Testing duty includes performing and documenting the actual testing/calibration of product.

·  Required to attend and pass training courses.

·  Work from drawings, maintenance manuals and manufacture specifications.

·  Use gauging devices and perform various quality inspection type procedures.

Required Capabilities:

·  High school diploma or general education degree (GED). To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

·  Knowledge required for this function includes; in depth knowledge of electrical schematics, circuits and use of an electrical multi-meter. Basic understanding of mechanical systems and use of hand tools.

·  Ability to interpret and abide by documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organization.

·  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
