This event will run in conjunction with our Fall Festival, which includes trunk or treating, food, and theme basket raffle.

Set up for vendors will begin at 5:00pm. Please be ready for business at 6pm and keep your booth open for business until 8:30pm.

Booth fee is $25. Block House Creek Elem. can provide a table for your booth if you need to rent one for $10. Vendors should provide table, chair(s), table covers, stands, tape, and extension cords if you need electricity. There is an extra $5 charge for electricity. Booth spaces are a banquet size (6ft) table. If you need more room than just a 6 ft table can provide we would be happy to rent you with another space.

There will only be one vendor per company and two per industry allowed into the event. These vendors are chosen on a first come, first served basis. The first vendor who turns in their application, payment, and donation will be accepted.

If you sign up for a certain type of booth please do not have other items in your booth that do not pertain to what you signed up for. (ie. If you sign up for photography do not have Mary Kay samples in your booth.) There will be no sharing of booths.

If you are unable to attend the day of the event please let me know as soon as possible so that there are no empty booths.

All vendors are required to donate water or soda.. We require this instead of a product or service for this event. This is due when you turn in your application to me. All applications must be received by Wednesday October, 12th.

We will be sending out confirmation letters to let you know that you are in the showcase.

Please make checks payable to Block House Creek PTA. Please include your phone number and driver’s license number on your check as well. Booths are $25 ($30 if you need electricity) (add $10 if you need to rent a table). All returned checks will be charged a NSF fee of $25.
