Unit 2: MARINE STUDIES
1 / UNIT 1: LEARNING GOALS: Students will investigate the following:Students will study Hervey bays rocky shore and Mangrove ecology as a source of potential harm to the whales. Students will document the rocky shore & Mangrove ecology , design, plan and carry out an investigation into the water quality of the Bay and finally utilise the information to complete an article for publication to the local council relating to the health of the rocky shore ecosystem and its impact on whale tourism.

Success Criteria: The student will be able to do the following:
