Coffee Cup Cookies

These cute little cookies balance on the edge of a coffee or tea cup.

Vanilla Cookies

Ingredients

375 ml flour (sifted)

130 ml margarine

75 ml castor sugar

5 ml vanilla extract

125 ml chocolate (grated)

Method

Rub the margarine into the flour.

Add the sugar, vanilla extract and grated chocolate.

Mix well.

Roll the dough out on a floured surface (not too thin as you want a chunky cookie that sits easily on the edge of the coffee or tea cup).
