General Business:
· Jane Wahl, CPCU President, will be at meeting for conferring & swearing in.
· We have ice cream fundraiser (Leatherby’s) for the Sacramento Children’s Home
· Sacramento Big I Day 10/6/15– Jessica attended, annual event. Disappointed that agents were not familiar with CPCU. Explained CPCU.
· Denise spoke about sending an invite to the Broker community, cost $25 with ethics training. Use money to donate.
· COE is all in order for due date. Just need to submit.
· RMI Annual Meeting student program – Sent Leon Spence, and connected him with other CPCU’s. Next year preform interview with candidates.
· Tom attended the Annual Meeting as well, went over ideas for creating Interest Groups, supporting new candidates, the new CE requirements and possible Interest Group topics for annual meeting.
· 2016 Chapter Schedule/Planning – have a few dates on next year’s calendar.
· I- Day – Earthquake Event with simulator. Have Dan Dice, FEMA and SwissRE involved.

· Publications – Insights, email notifications.
· Avolyn Fisher presenter in November at Nationwide Insurance
· Jessica shared the Social Media Plan for next year.
· Rebecca is working on ideas from last year.
· Caron gave financial report; we have $37K, started with $38K.
· I-Day - $25 charge, CE Credits Available. Sponsors: Golden Bear, Interwest, ES Inspections, FEMA
· Members at Large – give jobs
· December is IPS event/fundraiser
· Work on improving visibility by participating in charitable events, working with agencies/brokers to expand visibility.
· Possibly give new members welcome basket, gift card, list of events, etc.
