Urgent MCI/WC Bankruptcy Claim Memorandum

November 26, 2002

APCC Services has learned that our customers are receiving a variety of information regarding the MCI/WorldCom bankruptcy proceedings including the recently mailed United States Bankruptcy Count-Southern District of New YorkProof of Claim, solicitations from various companies wanting to purchase your bankruptcy claims, etc.

It is extremely important that you don’t rush into making any decisions on this issue until you have enough information to make an informed decision. APCCS will be responding to the various solicitations to purchase your claim with a Memorandum going out to you before the end of this week.

At the same time, we will be gathering information from WorldCom and the Bankruptcy Court on the Proof of Claim and attempting to determine what is included in the total claim amount shown on the form sent to you. It is our understanding that WorldCom has determined its Interim/Intermediate True-Up liability and included that amount in the Proof of Claim along with the missed 2Q02 dial around payment and an estimated 3Q02 payment for the 21 days in July prior to the WorldCom Bankruptcy filing on 7/22/02.

We will update you on any new and important information as it is received. In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have questions. As soon as we have more information available, we will contact you again by email.

Should you have any questions on this subject, or any other dial around issues, feel free to contact a Dial Around Account Manager at (800) 868-2722, or email
