Position Purpose: / §  To compliment and support the strategic direction and management within Neonatal Services.
§  To respond to and effectively manage the day to day operation of the Neonatal Nurseries
§  To promote excellence in clinical practice and family centred care.
§  To provide leadership and clinical support to the nursing team.
§  To support the Nurse Unit Manager of NICU and SCN by acting up into the position to fill planned and unplanned leave
Qualifications: / §  Registered Nurse /Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
§  Post Graduate qualification in Neonatal Intensive Care
§  A minimum of four years post registration experience, including three years experience in area of specialty; SCN or NICU
