On A Rolls Raffle

Terms & Conditions

  The raffle is open to anyone age 16 or over, including staff & volunteers of Butterwick Hospice Care, subsidiary companies and the staff of all companies involved in donating prizes, selling tickets and supporting the event.

  Winners will have use of the Rolls Royce only for the duration, destination and date specified in the prize.

  Pick up will be from one place i.e. your home or place of work within a 50 mile radius of Butterwick Hospice, Butterwick House Hospice for Babies, Children & Young Adults or Butterwick Hospice at Bishop Auckland. If you live outside this perimeter you may still take part, as arrangements can be made to pick you up from a train station, airport, or other location of your choice within that 50 mile perimeter.

  You must ensure that you and all passengers treat the vehicle and its chauffeur with the utmost of respect at all times. You will be held personally responsible for the cost of cleaning, repair or replacement of Rolls Royce parts for any damage you or your party cause, however it is caused.

  All prizes listed below are non-negotiable.

  Routes taken will be at the discretion of the driver.

  Winners must consent to their contact details only being shared with the relevant prize venues for booking confirmation purposes.

The Prize details:

1st Prize - The Ultimate Valentine’s Weekend Indulgence. Valued at approx. £2,000:

·  Prize includes 2 nights luxury accommodation at the 5* Rockliffe Hall Hotel, Hurworth, in an Old Hall Suite, on Saturday 13th & Sunday 14th February 2016 including breakfast.

·  You will be collected from your pick-up point by chauffeur driven Rolls Royce at midday on 13th February 2016.

·  VIP check in, including a ½ bottle of Champagne on arrival.

·  Afternoon Tea will be served at 2.30pm in The Clubhouse.

·  5 course Gourmet Tasting menu with wine pairing will be served in The Orangery Restaurant at 8pm.

·  Lunch on Sunday is booked for 1.30pm in The Clubhouse.

·  Three course evening meal on Sunday Evening is served in The Brasserie at 8pm.

·  Use of the Spa Garden and Wellness facilities does not include treatments. You may book and pay for your own in advance, should you wish, subject to availability

·  This prize does not include anything additional to the above including additional drinks, treatments, food or gratuities. You are responsible for settling payment for any additions prior to departure.

·  You will be collected by Rolls Royce from Rockliffe Hall Hotel at 10am on Monday 15th February 2016 and returned to your pick up point.

2nd Prize – Rocky Horror Theatre Experience for four people. Valued at £1,600:

·  You and your 3 guests will be collected from your pick up point by chauffeur driven Rolls Royce at 3pm on Tuesday 16th February 2016 and taken to The Best Western Roker Hotel, Sunderland.

·  Costume hire is from Eden Costumes, Stockton for 4 people. You must contact Eden Costumes and book your groups costumes (subject to availability) on receipt of your prize to secure your costumes. These will be delivered to your hotel room on the day, or you may collect them if you wish.

·  The stay includes 2 double/twin rooms for an overnight stay with breakfast.

·  Early Bird evening meal for 4 people to the value of £40 total.

·  The Rolls Royce will take your party to The Empire Theatre, Sunderland.

·  4 tickets for The Rocky horror Show, Sunderland Empire. This prize does not include anything additional including additional drinks, food or gratuities.

·  4 themed goody bags (contents at the discretion of Butterwick Hospice Care).

·  The Rolls Royce will return you to your hotel for your overnight stay.

·  Your party will be collected by the Rolls Royce from The Roker Hotel at 10am on Wednesday 17th February 2016 and returned to your pick up point.

·  This prize does not include anything additional to the above including additional drinks, food or gratuities. You are responsible for settling payment for any additions prior to departure.

·  A member of the Hospice staff will be at the hotel and theatre to take photos, which will be used to create a photo album of your experience (subject to suitable photos being available)

3rd Prize – Half Term Family Treat. Valued at £1,350:

·  The prize is for a family of 2 adults and 2 children on Friday 19th February 2016. Additional children may be accommodated, subject to space in the Rolls Royce, at your expense for all their activities.

·  Your family will be collected by chauffeur driven Rolls Royce at 10am from your pick up point and will transport you throughout to the named destinations only.

·  A voucher for a morning family bowling session at AMF Bowling, Washington. Must be pre booked by you on receipt of your prize.

·  Voucher for lunch at Frankie & Benny’s, the Arnison Centre, Durham. Must be pre booked by you on receipt of your prize.

·  Family admission to The Funshack, Seaham, including a game in the new Laser Quaser for children over 5yrs of age.

·  Voucher to the value of £35 for food.

·  Family admission to VUE cinema in Hartlepool, including ice-cream, popcorn & soft drinks for your party.

·  Your party will be returned to your original pick up point following your visit to VUE cinema.

·  This prize does not include anything additional to the above including additional drinks, food or gratuities. You are responsible for settling payment at each venue for any additions prior to departure.

·  A member of the Hospice staff will attend each venue to take photos, which will be used to create a photo album of your experience (subject to suitable photos being available).

4th Prize – A luxury Spa day for 2, including treatments & lunch. Valued at £600:

·  You will be collected from your pick up point by Chauffeur driven Rolls Royce at 10am on Thursday 18th February 2016 and taken to Headlam Hall Hotel.

·  The Spa Day includes 1 treatment per person, which must be booked by you on receipt of your prize.

·  Full use of the spa facilities throughout the day.

·  Lunch will be served in the Spa Brasserie. Please confirm time with hotel staff on arrival.

·  A cream tea will be served in the Main Hall. Please confirm time with hotel staff on arrival.

·  This prize does not include anything additional to the above including additional drinks, food or gratuities. You are responsible for settling payment for any additions prior to departure.

·  You will be collected from Headlam Hall Hotel on the same day at 4pm by chauffeur driven Rolls Royce and returned to your pick up point.
