Uniforms worn by Fort Worth United players are selected by the Club itself. Processes will exist that will be executed by the Club (i.e. selecting uniforms, selecting vendors, ordering uniforms, delivering uniforms, and replacing uniforms). The following action plan lists those processes.

Discuss uniform selection and procurement
In years where the Club will be supplying teams with new uniforms, the discussion of what to select and how to procure should begin.
Arrange to have uniform vendors present products
Contact uniform vendors and arrange to have vendors present uniform choices at the next Executive board meeting.
Develop uniform presentation for board
A uniform presentation should be prepared for the FWU Board. The presentation should detail the choices available, the advantages and disadvantages of each, and the costs involved.
