We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to sponsor our 11th Annual Technology Conference. We appreciate all of our conference exhibitors and sponsors, without all of you our Technology Conference would not be possible.
Sponsorship Levels
____Bronze: $200.00

____Silver: $400.00
Same as Bronze plus**advertisement inclusion in conference folder
____Gold: $750.00 (includes Exhibit Hall Booth fees for 1 table and 1 person)
Same as Silver plus “Thank You” credit at snack and lunch tables as well as a verbal thank you during our morning announcements.
____ Platinum: $1,000.00 (includes Exhibit Hall Boothfees for 1 table and 1 person)
Same as Gold plus your own “Thank You” signs in each breakout room and acknowledgement throughout conference materials and conference website.
**Advertisements to be included in conference folders must be delivered to our office in print by February 28, 2017; or if you would like us to print them the cost is: $.10 per black and white and $.20 per color page and the digital originals must be emailed or delivered to us no later than February 28, 2017.

SWWC reserves the right to turn down sponsorships that may cause a potential violation of the FCC’s Gifting Rules that apply to recipients of the USAC’s E-Rate funding program.
Door Prizes
Door prizes will be given out at the conclusion of the main Technology Conference. We strongly encourage you to have your door prize at the Technology Conference in lieu of needing to ship it to the winner. If you are required to ship a door prize to the recipient you must provide a certificate of award and a form requesting any information that you will need to ship the prize to the winner.

USAC (E-Rate) Gifting Rules Notification
It is your responsibility, if giving out a door prize or free items (gifts) at your vendor booth, to ensure that door prizes and gifts are given in accordance to the FCC Gifting Rules that apply to recipients of the Universal Service Administrative Company's (USAC) E-Rate funding program. Please also be aware that some participants at the conference may not accept your door prize or gift if they win it at the conference but may request that you donate it to a charity.
