4. / Blade Style Risers: KUKA had internal purchasing quote single blade risers, and the cost does not justify adding them as BIW components for clamping applications. TechRim may still report at the next meeting should they choose move forward with the imitative, and offer them as alternatives for clamping. 5. / Medium Duty Drop Away Leaf Risers: N. Coccia presented detail weldments in 3D PDF formats with drawings depicting team suggestions. The following shall be done to complete the objective based on both, the “Tool Base Style” riser , and a “Fork Truck” version for mounting to the floor.
· Add Secondary plates as shown in red below, and send back to Gary Bode.
· Complete load rating Excel file for publication. Reminder: The lower left “Tool Base Style Riser” shall have the capacity to be utilized for some GEO applications.

6. / Medium Duty Drop Away Leaf Assembly: N. Coccia presented an assembly in 3D PDF format, which coincides with the modifications TechRim made to the assembly they provide. This included updated drawsheets with changes noted. Gary Bode will check the assembly/detail files and provide them to Nick if they warrant further modification. / N / Various

13. / Aluminum Build-up on Locating Pins: Aluminum sheet products are a common problem for build-up on locating pins. The Assembly Team is seeking feedback from the USCAR Materials Group to see if there are alternatives pin or coating materials to eliminate the problem.
