(Attending:State Executive, District Deputies, State Directors, State Appointees, Council Grand Knights and Council Membership and Program Chairmen, Council Financial Secretaries, General Insurance Agent and Field Agents, Master of the Fourth Degree)

(Please note that the Ladies are invited to attend the State Chaplain, State Deputy, and Supreme KnightAddresses. After which they will follow the State Deputy’s wife to an area of the hotel for a brief dialogue session)

  • State Director for OperationsLeon Fitzgerald, StateWardenHarold MacDonald along withState Secretary Jim MacDonald are in charge of the operation of the JulyOrganizational Meeting in its entirety. Any questions during the weekend that you may have should be directed to one of these Brother Knights.
  • ALL PARTICIPANTS ARE TO WEAR THEIR KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS NAME BADGE AND LAPEL PIN!
  • STATE EXECUTIVE OFFICERS, STATE DIRECTORS,GRAND KNIGHTS AND FINANCIAL SECRETARIES ARE ASKED TO WEAR THEIR JEWEL OF OFFICE.
  • GRAND KNIGHTS are asked to bring with them the “RESOLUTIONS and REPORTS” booklet (red cover)and the “ANNUAL REPORT OF THE STATE DEPUTY & STATE ACTION PLAN” booklet(yellow cover) that were distributed at the State Convention this past May.
