When seeing a GP or Nurse
The doctors are great at the surgery,very approachable and friendly
Dr Majavadia is amazing
The Nurse very helpful and gave good advice
I approached the nurse practitioner for help and advice on losing weight,thinking that she would give advice on eating,portion size and what my weight should be for my height. Sadly the only advice she said was to join weight watcher! I feel this very unhelpful and disheartening and feel this is a subject not to bother bringing up again
Doctors ,nurses and staff always pleasant and cheerful
Been a patient for 9 years, happy with care received from my gp.
Dr Nadeem(when here) Dr Jaegede, Dr Straw and Dr Susarla all given good care
One member of clinical team never prescribes always says “drink Fluids” no matter how ill you are

Booking in technology don’t always get
New booking in system not as good as old one
Telephone message frustrating due to info provided
Reception open plan,therefore all can hear
Waiting room dull
I think there should be a sign asking patient to stand away from reception when someone there
Registration online needs to be made easier
Waiting Times
Reduce the waiting times,
Waiting over 30 mins for app
Some times have to wait over 30mins past app times
App running late not good when taken time out of work
Never seen on time
App times always run late, (accept that because of interest and explanation from gp)
Expected to come 10 mins before app time ,yet runs behind most of the time
A bit frustrating when surgery runs 30mins behind and you arrive 10 mins before your app time
The only comment I have is that this surgery is the best ive been to, very helpful and good doctors.
I have found surgery very helpful as visited more often recently.

Some reception staff are not helpful can make booking app difercult at times
Reception lovely , last visit I complained about them ,happy this time.

Reception staff made me feel like a nuisance, Not friendly at all, (the odd one is). They are asked questions because we need help/answers, a smile would be nice, we don’t like being ill !

I Strongly suggest that the surgery looks into getting specialist field vision test eguipment for glucoma testing

Its frustrating not being able to get app on the day you call

I rang for app as requested by health visitor, couldn’t get app till the weds, rang on the weds and ws given app with nurse,she was unable to help so had to wait then to see gp

Long waiting time to see consultant or revisit consultant, ?problem with hospital system,no feedback from hospital also unless you get gp to chase
This is an excellent surgery and the staff,both medical and clerical are brilliant. I am so glad I have moved to this practice.
