Jolly Roger Window Cleaning strives to make sure that every customer is 100% satisfied with our services. By signing this agreement you agree to the estimated prices and services listed in this proposal.

Pre-Existing Damage Waiver:
Jolly Roger Window Cleaning aspires to use the safest and most effective cleaning methods available. However Jolly Roger Window Cleaning is not responsible for any preexisting conditions that do not respond to standard cleaning methods such as / but not limited to: Scratches, cracks, broken seals, moisture, corrosion between glass panes, or hard water damage, windows which are painted shut, difficult to open, weighted window systems, dry rotted wood or plastic parts present on; windows, tracks, frames, screens, blinds or shutters which may break during standard window cleaning procedures. We are not responsible for anydamage due to the removal ofconstruction debris such mortar or concrete or water damage to any exterior wood, natural frames or glass enclosures which have not been properly sealed and maintained to protect against element weather. Due to the wide spread problems related to poor quality heat-treated glass Jolly Roger Window Cleaning will not be held liable for any scratches on any heat-treated glass during window cleaning. By signing this document you as the customer agree that you have read and accept the above terms and conditions.
