1. Motion to accept February SIT minutes
New Business:
Administration
· Planner purchase proposal for 900 planner - $3201.43 (Order will be placed by mid-June)
-Should we order planners for 2014-2015 school year?
-Are teachers teaching students kids how to properly use them?
· ALL of our students will be getting email addresses soon this will allow them access
School Net. (EFMS is 1st on the list.)
§ Please have discussions on how to properly use email. You can create a class set of emails for reminders, assignments, etc.
· In 2 weeks, a required Use of Agreement will appear when you log into your computer, please agree or you will not have access.
· If there are any more UNSCHEDULED OUT OF SCHOOL DAYS, an adjustment schedule that will be equitable to everyone will be sent out.
6th Grade
· What can we do with the transportation $$$ from the ACC field trips? (ideas welcomed)
7th Grade NONE
8th Grade
· Please stop printing excessive copies on the workroom printers.
o Students should check print preview before printing from the internet to avoid printing unnecessary information.

· If you allow students to answer the phone, please make sure they have phone etiquette so messages are passed on correctly.

Support Staff
· Cheryl Tilley is collecting donations to purchase a gift card for Connie Darkes. Connie enjoys reading funny email, so please share then with her when time allows.
PTSA
· Dance was a SUCCESS!!!
· Please promote the Book Fair because sales are down. A percentage of the money collected is donated to the media center for book purchases.
o Any suggestions on how to drive Book Fair sales ???
