COJ and PJ Parents

We would like to thank the parents that attendedThe Preschool or the Before & Aftercare meeting that was schedule for Friday September 2, 2016 and Friday September 9, 2016,also an updated Parent-Student Handbook was issued on these dates, we hope that you all reviewed the information regarding the policies and procedures set forth in the handbook. However, if you should have any questions and or concerns regarding the handbook,pleaseschedule a date and time to meet with Mrs. Johnson regarding this matter.For the parents that could not attend the meeting you will receive an updated Handbook on TuesdayOctober 4, 2016, we ask that you sign the parent acknowledgment page on the same day the handbook is issue and return to Mr. Johnson.

We ask that All parents be incompliance with All of our policies and procedures at the center

Chart Review

We have extended our chart review until Monday October 24, 2016. However, During the month of October we will be reviewing children’s charts before our inspections, parents will receive a text and or an email, if your child chart needs to be updated, the information that is needed will be indicated in the email or text, if we DO NOT receive updated information Before or by October 24, 2016, childcare services will be suspended until information is received. However, Tuition payment are still due during the suspension.

Parking At The Center

Parking at the center is very limited, Please refrain from parking in front of the driveways of the other houses when arriving at the center,if there are other vehicles in front of the center we ask that the parents park on the curbside and then come into the center to pick up their child or wait until the other vehicle moves. As we love to talk to our parents during arrival, we ask that talking be to a minimum between staff and parents, if there are questions and or concerns about your child or the staff, we ask that it be brief or either the staff or parent schedule a time to speak to one another concerning the situation. We ask that ALL parents drive the normal speed in the cul-de-sac.

Tuition Payment Schedule

A friendly reminder that all tuition is due on every Friday, but we give a courtesy grace period until Monday at the closed of business at 6pm and when a holiday falls on a Monday tuition is due on Fridays the regular pay date, we ask that you please keep up with the tuition due date as we DO NOT like to access delinquent fee on the parent account. However, Delinquent fees will be firmly enforced immediately. We understand that situation may arise and we try our best to accommodate the parent, but we still have to maintain the business.

Late Pick- Up Fees

A friendly reminder that the center closes at 6pm, unless you request for extended care service in advance as stated in the handbook, please be mindful when you are late you will access a late pick-up fee of $2 per minute per child, this fee is considered “OVERTIME”

Before & After Care Material Fees

We are still collecting material fees. The material fee is due before or no later than Monday October 31, 2016. If you have already paid please disregard this reminder. We will show the beginning balance of all monies collected from the Precious Jewels Parents and a receipt of all purchases for the year.

Holding Fee Payment

A Friendly Reminder, if you have not made your holding fee payment that is equivalent to the last week tuition, this payment is due immediately, parents was informed during

enrollment.
