$50.00 per space after September 1, 2013

Annual attendance 1500-2000 people

***IMPORTANT*** ***EVENT RULES***

We hope that you will have an excellent selling day. In order to insure that everyone has a good time, we ask that you follow these simple instructions. We have found that they make for a successful event for everyone!

  1. Sellers MUST unload their vehicles and then park along the fences by either the golf course or the forest preserve. The only exceptions to this policy are for the perimeter spaces #100-120. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED!
  2. You must stay within the boundary lines for your space.
  3. You are NOT permitted to sell any of the following items: Perishable goods requiring refrigeration, any illegal or immoral goods such as pornographic material, firearms, weapons, explosives or drug paraphernalia.
  4. All sellers MUST to remain open until the 4:00 PM closing time unless they are essentially sold out before that time.
  5. Keep your space clean during the day, and clean it thoroughly at the close of the day. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN TRASH REMOVAL AT THE END OF THE DAY.
  6. Lunch and refreshments are available at the Church Tent and in the Church Basement.
  7. Smokers are requested to use ash trays to help keep the grounds clean.
  8. Church policy limits representation of only one vendor per franchise. Vendors are limited to exhibiting only those items stated on their registration form. No solicitation is permitted. Misrepresentation of the exhibit is subject to forfeiture of space and fee.
