Ubiquitone was born in late 2000 because they didn't have enough money to pay to go to concerts and festivals and thought that they'd get in for free and maybe get some free beer and hospitality if they were on the bill. So they worked up a set, played at festivals and clubs throughout the mid-Atlantic region, and performed live on-the-air on various radio stations. They released their first CD, "The Essex Shuck", in 2002, and their new album "Americondition" has just been released in Spring 2006. The CD features special guest Dan "BanjerDan" Mazer on banjo. It was engineered by Mike "Fish" Fisher, and mastered by Charlie Pilzer at Airshow. They haven't paid to go to a festival in a while.
