Full Time position. Will also consider part-time weekends and PRN. AZ licensure required. Hospital experience preferred. Strong decision making skills and ability to work independently.
Emergency Department Director / VVMC & CRMC / Full Time exempt position. RN with AZ license & ACLS. Experience with all aspects of ER patient flow required. Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with all departments within the hospital; a strong focus on customer service and an ability to create a quality patient experience.
Materials Management Director / VVMC & CRMC / Full Time Exempt position. Exceptional organization skills and ability to collaborate and problem-solve issues throughout the hospital. Previous experience in supply management and logistics required. Hospital experience strongly preferred.
Business Office Director / VVMC & CRMC / Full Time exempt position, 4 year degree preferred. Previous BOD experience required preferably in a Hospital setting, knowledge of JCAHO and applicable regulatory agency regulations. Must have excellent communication and customer relation skills and a sense of ownership in the financial results and in the patient experience.
Controller / VVMC & CRMC / Strong financial skills, including payroll, accounts payable and budgeting. Work directly with CFO and department directors on preparation of monthly financial statements.
ICU Director / VVMC / RN, valid AZ licence, CCRN strongly preferred. Reports to the COO and is a working manager. Coordinates the scheduling and orientation for the unit, collaborates with other units on patient transfers and treatments, involving case management as needed. Works with physicians to address any patient care needs.
Case Manager
(new position) / VVMC & CRMC / AZ and/or CA licensed RN with excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently and be resourceful. Schedule will include on-call for weekends and holidays.
Respiratory Therapist / Respiratory Therapy / Full Time position, Nights, Graduate of AMA approved School of Respiratory, Valid AZ RT license, BLS, ACLS and CRT or RRT Certified. Experience in Acute Care Setting
Courier / Materials Management / Full-time position. Provides twice daily courier service to CRMC. Requires a valid, violation-free drivers license, the ability to work independently to meet deadlines and flexibility to work in Materials Management between scheduled courier runs. Requires some lifting ability and ability to deliver supplies within the hospital.
Environmental Service Tech / VVMC-EVS / (1)Full-time day position. Cleaning experience required. Ability to work with team members and independently. Hospital experience a real plus.
(1) Part-time position, early morning hours M-F. Medical office cleaning experience a plus.
Nuclear Medicine Tech / Medical Imaging Service / Full time position beginning after mid-January. Certification and 5+ years of experience required. Able to work independently and have excellent patient care skills.
