I would like to enquire document provided on the website, thus the word document (RAF 2012 00043) as well as the adobe document (SLA Cell phone), should be handed in together on 29 April 2013 at RAF Reception Area (38 Ida Street, MenloPark, Pretoria).

  1. Schedule of the number of lines required per package (ie an indication of the usage required – how many minutes of talk time, how much data is required per line?)

Answer

The specification has gone to all service providers with basic requirements. If there is anything specific as per the specification that you need advise on, I will gladly do so. What we require is for each service provider to send proposals as per request

“Annexure G” Reference Questionnaire, Kindly advice, which company are we rating,

our company or the RAF?

Your reference must populate the questionnaire on your behalf and those questionnaires must accompany your bid document; please read through the Technical requirements on 6.3.

Checklist of the documents to be submitted”, first point there states “One original tender document with four copies (clearly marked as original and copy 1 of 2, etc)” and then on Bid response format as well, specifies that the “bid response should be 1 original and 3 copies”-
