Cut and Burn
Chapter Program 64, Cut and Burn is our challenge for 2009-June 2010. You will find this program in your TOPS News August/September 2009 issue. We are going to cut 100 calories as we burn 100 calories each day. Follow the guidelines set before you. I will keep track of your progress throughout the year. Special awards will be handed out at the Fall Fun Day in 2010. (Please be sure to make copies of page 30 for your new members.)
